What we collect

When you sign up for deal alerts or complete a buyer profile, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the ways you checked to hear from us (email, text, WhatsApp, phone call), the areas, price range and property types you buy, how you finance, and anything you write in the form. We also record the date and time you submitted, and your IP address for security and to keep a record of your consent.

How we use it

We use your information to send you off-market investment property deals that match what you buy, to answer your questions, to follow up about deals you ask about, and to keep our buyer list accurate. We contact you by the method you choose.

Text messages and your mobile number

We contact you only on the ways you check on our forms, and we text you only if you check the Text / SMS box. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver our messages for us. Who else handles your information

We use service providers to run our business on our behalf: our customer relationship software, our email service, and our phone and texting providers. They process your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

Our website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels. We set a cookie only when you enter a password to open a private listing or our team pages, so you stay signed in for up to 30 days; it is used for nothing else. Our deal emails may record whether they were opened and which links were clicked, so we can send you the deals that interest you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; a private listing will then ask for its password again.

How we protect your information

Every page and form on fixersforflipping.com is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your information is kept with our customer relationship, email and texting providers, in accounts that only our team can open with a password, and we share it only with those providers to run our service. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours, and if we learn of a security breach that affects your information we will notify you as the law requires.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text. To update or delete your information, email [email protected] or call (754) 300-9171.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on our buyer list and for as long as we need it for our records and legal obligations afterward.
